Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://triplewrepairs.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Triple W Repairs markets and arranges Mobile Repair, Mobile Car Repair, Auto Repair, Transmission Repair, Oil Change, Brake Repairs, Tire Repair, Mobile Mechanic. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Triple W Repairs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Triple W Repairs may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Triple W Repairs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Triple W Repairs's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Triple W Repairs from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IN.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
